Eligibility Criteria
Age
Max Age: 30 yrs
Educational Qualification
Basic:
Graduation* in Rural Economy/ Agriculture & Allied Activities/ Horticulture as 4 years full-time course.
Preference:
Post-Graduation* (with same specialisation).
Specific Skills Required
Sound knowledge of Rural Economy.
• Knowledge of banking needs related to Agriculture & Allied Activities.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets.
Post Qualification Work Experience
Basic: No prior experience is mandatory.
Preference: Experience in the field of Agriculture/ Allied Activities/ Horticulture related marketing activities with any institution.

Selection Process
The selection is based on shortlisting & interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank decides the shortlisting parameters. And thereafter the bank shortlists and calls adequate number of candidates for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview is final. Merit list for final selection is prepared in descending order of scores obtained in interview only. Ranking of merit candidates in descending order of their age is done in case more than one candidate scores common cut-off marks.
